The SSS4LIFE Methodology

Every SSS4LIFE client — Root, Grow, or Thrive — moves through the same four-phase system. The tier you choose changes how we stay in touch and how often. It never changes the methodology itself. Nobody gets a shortcut version.

I built this system around one idea: sustainable change happens in phases, not all at once. Trying to overhaul your movement, your nutrition, and your sleep in the same week is exactly how most people end up starting over — again. So we don't do that here.

Phase 1: Foundation Building

Phase 2: Structured Progression

This is where we get to know each other. Before I ask you to change anything, I want to understand what's actually going on — your schedule, your history with previous attempts, what's worked before and what hasn't, and what kind of movement you might actually enjoy rather than tolerate.

There's no restrictive meal plan waiting for you on day one. Foundation Building is about finding your starting point and building the first few habits that are small enough to actually stick.

Once the foundation habits are holding, we build on them. This is where movement becomes more structured, nutrition strategy gets more specific — the plate method, meal timing that fits your life — and we start using systems like chain tracking to keep momentum visible instead of invisible.

This phase is less about willpower and more about removing the number of decisions you have to make every day.

Phase 3: Advanced Optimization

Phase 4: Maintenance

By this phase, the habits are established and we're refining. If you're sharing data from your own fitness wearable, this is where it's most useful — spotting patterns in recovery, stress, and sleep that inform small adjustments. This is also typically where plateaus get addressed directly, rather than met with more restriction.

The goal was never a finish line — it was a system you could keep running without me. Maintenance is about protecting what you've built: staying accountable at a lower-touch level, catching drift before it becomes backsliding, and having a coach in your corner for the moments life gets in the way.

One methodology, three ways to access it

Root, Grow, and Thrive don't change any of the four phases above. They change how often we talk and how those conversations happen — by phone and email, by live video, or in person with personal training built in. See which tier fits how you want to work together →
